Purposes and basis of processing

As the controller, we will process your data:

– For marketing purposes on the basis of your consent – in accordance with Art. 6 paragraph. 1(a) RODO

– for analytical purposes, including, in particular, better selection of services to meet the needs of our customers, general optimization of our products, optimization of service processes, building knowledge about our customers, being the realization of our legitimate interest in this – in accordance with Art. 6 paragraph. 1(f) RODO;

– in order for us to offer you products and services directly (direct marketing), including matching them to your needs, i.e. profiling, which is the realization of our legitimate interest in doing so – in accordance with Art. 6 paragraph. 1(f) RODO,

– for the purpose of concluding and performing the sales contract including sending invoices and accounting settlements.

You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time, but withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal.

Right to object

At any time you have the right to object to the processing of your data described above. We will stop processing your data for these purposes unless we can demonstrate that there are valid legitimate grounds for us to process your data that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or your data is necessary for us to possibly establish, assert or defend claims.

At any time you have the right to object to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes. If you exercise this right – we will stop processing your data for this purpose.

Data retention period

We may process data processed for direct marketing of our products and services until you object to its processing for this purpose or we determine that it has become obsolete.

If a contract is concluded, we will keep personal data resulting from the concluded contract for 10 years for natural persons and 5 years for legal entities.

Data processed on the basis of the consent given will be stored until the consent is withdrawn.

Recipients of data

Your personal information may be disclosed:

Entities in our group of companies; our partners, i.e., companies with whom we cooperate by combining products or services, etc.

Rights of data subjects

Under the RODO, you are entitled to:

– The right to access your data and receive a copy of it;

– The right to rectify (amend) your data;

– The right to erasure of data, restriction of data processing;

– The right to object to data processing;

– The right to data portability;

– The right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority.

Information about the requirement/voluntariness of providing data

Provision of data is voluntary, but nevertheless necessary to provide services or enter into a contract.

Automated decision-making

In the process [e.g., preference analysis/performance of a contract], we make decisions by automated means, including profiling, based on data, e.g., data on. The length of time spent on the various tabs of the site, the amount of the order placed. These decisions are made completely automatically based on scoring models and statistical analysis, etc. Decisions made in this automated manner affect, for example, our offer, the introduction of new functionalities, solutions on our site, the way we present our offer, etc.
